Vivian was a precious neighbor and friend on Chanellor St. in Memphis. She and Carroll took us under their wing. We were so far from our home in San Antonio. She mentored me in so many ways, even taught me to can and preserve veggies we picked at her parents’ farm. Her smile was beautiful, warm, and welcoming. She and Carroll hold a special place in our memories and hearts!!
