Virginia Blackburn Wells, 78, passed away February 13, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Wells. Virginia was a loving mother and best friend to her surviving children, Allison Miller (Randall) and Joseph Wells. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Amber and Martin Davis and Matthew Miller.
