Tim Powell's Obituary
Thadis Monroe “Tim” Powell Jr., 57, passed away suddenly on June 9, 2015. He was born September 29, 1957 in Cleveland, MS. Tim was the Operations Manager for UADR, Inc. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Connie Deskin Powell; sons, Timothy Chadham Powell (Brooke) and Mitchell Stone Powell; grandchildren, Parker Jean and Alexa Jamison Powell; brother, Larry Wayne Powell (Kathy); and sister, Linda White. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarice Cox and Thadis Monroe Powell. He was an amazing husband, dad, brother, friend, grandfather, and son-in-law. The family will receive friends Saturday, June 13 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Graveside services will immediately follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family request memorial donations be directed to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
