Thomas Pierotti's Obituary
Thomas Patrick “Tom” Pierotti passed away Friday, February 5, 2010, at his home in Memphis. Tom was born October 20, 1960 in Memphis, Tennessee to John and Barbara Anne Pierotti. Tom graduated from Christian Brothers High School where he lettered on the baseball team. Tom earned a BA degree from the University of Memphis after taking a two year sabbatical to pursue his dream of becoming the world’s greatest fisherman and skier. After college Tom worked with his uncle in the beverage industry and then he changed careers and became a partner at RDJ Specialties, an advertising specialty company. Tom was foremost a loving father and a devoted husband. His pride and joy were his three daughters. Tom was an avid angler, outdoorsman and athlete. He completed the New York and Memphis marathons. Tom never went anywhere he didn’t know someone or make a friend. Tom is survived by his wife, Jennifer Pierotti, his three daughters Stephanie, Elizabeth and Margaret; his parents John and Barbara Anne Pierotti, his brothers Bill and Andy Pierotti, his sister Marianne Murray, and his uncle Chuck Pierotti. Visitation will be Monday, February 8, from 5-7 p.m. at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Following the visitation, the Rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Services will be held Tuesday, February 9 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Peter Catholic Church with interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
