Thomas Edward Patrick's Obituary
Thomas Edward Patrick, 75, passed away peacefully August 12, 2023. Tommy was a native of Memphis, TN and resident of Batesville, MS for 38 years.
He retired as Food Sales Territory Manager from Performance Food Group and was the recipient of the first Thomas Patrick Sales Award, an annual top sales award envisioned and created in his honor for his 30 years of service and dedication.
He and his wife were the owners of Bofield’s restaurant in Oxford, MS for 11 years.
Tommy was an avid outdoorsman, loved to fish, and a faithful Ole Miss Rebel fan keeping the game clock for the men’s basketball team for nearly two decades, tailgating and attending football games, and keeping the pitch clock for men’s baseball. Hotty Toddy! He was also a beloved member of First Presbyterian Church of Oxford, MS.
Most of all, Tommy adored his family and friends.
Tommy is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Nina Patrick; son Scott Patrick Baymiller (Niloofar), daughter Ashley Garland (Ken) and son, Tres Greer (Suzanne); four grandchildren Halle and William Garland and Daniel and Matthew Baymiller. He is preceded in death by his parents Thomas M. Patrick and Naomi Patrick and sister, Sandra Fisher.
The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm followed by funeral services at 2pm Thursday, August 17 at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 5668 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, TN.
Memorial donations can be made in honor of Tommy to First Presbyterian Church, Oxford, MS or St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Memphis, TN.
