Thomas F. Malone, Sr.'s Obituary
Thomas Franklin Malone, Sr., 91, of Memphis, died July 6, 2010 at Trezevant Manor and Rehabilitation Center after a lengthy illness. He was a member of Christ United Methodist Church. Mr. Malone was the retired Senior Vice President of S.C. Toof and Co., past President of the Junior Chamber of Commerce and of the Memphis Better Business Bureau and a member of the Al Chymia Shrine. He was the widower of Martha McCallen Malone, his beloved wife of 64 years. He is survived by his daughter Martha M. McKinney of San Antonio, TX (Jim), three sons, Thomas F. Malone, Jr. (Marcia) and Edward R. Malone (Carol) of Germantown and John C. Malone (Jane) of Memphis; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, July 9, and the funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, July 10 both to be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home, with entombment to follow in the Memorial Park Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to Le Bonheur Children’s Medical Center.
