Thomas R. Jacks, passed away May 16, 2016. He is survived by his wife, Juanita Howton Jacks; daughter, Gina Thompson (James); and brother, Bobby Jacks. Mr. Jacks was preceded in death by his son, Donnie Davis. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Thursday, May 19 at Memorial Park Funeral Home.
