Thomas Edward Daniel's Obituary
Thomas Edward Daniel passed away on March 18th at his home in Oakland, Tennessee. Tom was born June 30, 1946 in Memphis, Tennessee to Joanne Scottie McAdams and William Edward Daniel.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth, for 56 years, sons, Brian Thomas (Donna), Kevin Andrew (Stefanie), three granddaughters, Leah, Mallory, and Ava, and an aunt, Marcia Meals, of Southaven, Mississippi.
Tom was a first Lt. in the US Army, serving in Friedberg, Germany. He was an avid University of Memphis Tigers fan. Tom coached in Bartlett Optimist for years, coaching his sons in football, basketball, and baseball for many years.
Tom was employed in the battery business and started Battery Sales & Service with his best friend, Scooter Anderson, growing from one to seven warehouses over 20 years.
