To The Bennett & Williams Families:I only had the pleasure of meeting “Papa Tom” on one occasion during his visit to California last year. His son Tim and I coach baseball together and Tom participated in practice that day helping Tim shag balls during infield practice. Tim and I have had many conversations about Tom over the last year or so and it is very evident that Tom had a profound influence on Tim’s life.
