A loved lady changed her address today. Sybil Adair Woodbury’s mansion was completed and she moved from the manor at Kirby Pines in Memphis, TN, to God’s beautiful Heaven where she will live foreverSybil was born in Boonville, MS, in 1915 to Lesley Q. Adair and Annie Gambill Adair. She and her parents moved to Memphis when she was quite young. At the age of eleven she became a life time member of Temple Baptist Church.Mrs, Woodbury was retired from Gus Mayers Ladies Shop and Ray Sharp Lumber Company.She was preceded in death by her husband, Peter Floyd Woodbury; and is survived by Sam and Cammiel Woodbury of Dyersburg, Ron Sanders of Kentucky, and Nancy McDonald of Virginia.A memorial service will be held at Temple Baptist Church (8432 Germantown Rd, Olive Branch, MS) at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, June 18, 2017.The services have been entrusted to Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Ave., Memphis TN 38119 (901) 767-8930. “Celebrating Life….Behind the Stone Wall.”
