We met Steve and Dorris on a riverboat cruise from Paris to Prague. We had a wonderful time and made new friends instantly and stayed connected for a time. We visited them in 2019 in Memphis and had a wonderful reconnect visit. We immediately started where we had left on about 18 months prior. Such a kind and fun man. We are very sad of his passing and send our condolences to the family.

Steven was the glue that held the disparate parts of the family together. I joined the family through the marriage of his Aunt Mary to my dad. Steven, John and his mother Luna always made us feel like part of the family. I will miss my Facebook friend. RIP
