Sofia Margarita Baez Caceres, age 8 years, passed away November 6, 2016 at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery is honored to be the family’s local service provider. A visitation will be held 3-5 p.m., Saturday, November 12 at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery.
