Sidney Ernest Kraker, 24, aka The King of Memphis, passed away in his sleep Sunday November 27, 2016.Sid was a wonderful son and brother to a broken-hearted family. He is survived by his parents, Becky and Wes Kraker, siblings, Elaine, Hannah, Marie, and Wesley, brother-in-law, Chris Neblett, niece, Mary Rose, grandmother, Mariam Buttross, and countless aunts, uncles and cousins. He was the face of Lucchesi’s Ravioli and Deli Company and an invaluable member of Pathmark Transportation. We will miss you so much, Sid, and we feel sorry for anyone who did not know you. Your soul was made for something greater than this world. It’s obvious you showed the love of Christ to more people in your short life than most people know in a lifetime. You lived life to the fullest, kept us laughing, and showed us how to live life. You were the life of the party and the man behind the laughter. Nobody will ever forget, much less ever be able to duplicate, your infectious laugh. You had a gift of making everyone you talked to feel special. In a chaotic world, your presence let everyone escape for a moment. One time with “Big Sid” was a time you’d never forget. You had the best and warmest hugs and gave unconditional love to everyone you met. Your ability to make everyone feel welcomed and included was unparalleled. You always saw the good in everyone. You made everyone you encountered forget their worries, even for a moment, just by being yourself. You were a true Brothers Boy, the life of every event, a wonderful friend, and a great person to be around. Not many people can so deeply and profoundly leave their mark on the world the way that you did. For you to have touched so many lives in such a short time speaks to the amazing person you were and the unforgettable role you played in all of our lives. To keep you alive with us, we promise to make everyone feel surrounded by love and friendship at all times just as you did for us; a selfless friend. You left an indelible mark on the world that will live on forever in the hearts of everyone who knew you. You will be missed on the front row at every Grizzlies, Tigers and Redbirds game. The St. Louis Hole in One Festival and Billy Hardwick’s All Star Lanes will never be the same without you.Rest Easy, King Sid… YUHHHHHHHHHHHHH MANE!!!Visitation will be held Friday, December 2, 5:00-8:00pm at St. Louis Catholic Church, and the Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, December 3, 1:30pm at St. Louis Catholic Church with burial to follow at Memorial Park.
