Dear Diana and Rick. So many years have passed and I wonder if you remember us. Well. We remember you and your parents well as we were neighbors until our move to CA. We’ve continued to exchange Christmas cards over the years as well. We are thinking of you at this time of loss and hope those good memories of happy family life carry you through this time of sadness. Your parents were fine folks indeed. Love, Faye and Jon Boyes
Dear Diana, Rick and family,We were so sorry to learn this afternoon of the recent death of your mother. All your family were such good neighbors and friends to us in Columbus. It has been so many years since you moved away, but Maureen remembers well, can almost hear how your mother chuckled. Gino enjoyed countless flights to Lake Erie and other places with your father. Lui remembers good play times, and more, with Diana and Rick . Each of us will always remember with gratitude how Diana drove all the way to Columbus to be with us for Paul’s funeral in 2009. Your love, kindness, and sharing of fond memories of Paul, from long ago times, moved us deeply. We understand your grief and sorrow at this time, and regret that we are unable to be there with you tomorrow. We hope that your close relationship with each other, and the support of many friends, will sustain each of you in the coming days and weeks and always.God bless all of you. May your mother rest in peace and joy in Heaven.Love, Gino, Maureen and Lui Damiani
I was saddened to hear of the death of my old school chum Shirley “Winky” Smith. We went to junior high and high school together. She was a sweet friend. I send my love and deep sympathy to her family. Ruth Rooker Gardner
