Scott G. Murphy's Obituary
Scott G. Murphy, 55, beloved son of Angela Johnson Murphy, passed away on Friday, August 10, 2018. Mr. Murphy is survived by his siblings, Angela Murphy, Jimmy Murphy and Daren Murphy, many much loved cousins and his close friend, Shane McCormick. He was preceded in death by his father, J.R. Murphy, Jr. Mr. Murphy graduated from Bishop Byrne High School. He was a true animal lover and huge Tiger fan, especially football. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to be made in his name to the Humane Society. The funeral mass will be held on Friday, August 24 at 3:30pm at St. Anne Catholic Church, 706 South Highland Street in Memphis.
