I must say that every encounter with Scot was an adventure. We talked about life, the world and the universe. Scot had an expansive mind and loved to chat about many different things. We shared cooking tips and then we would jump to multiple issues in the world. He was analytical and I was more ethereal. He was idealist and I was more practical.. Scot was super organizational and I was more laid back. Plans that had to be made drove him crazy as every little thing had to be scrutinized. . Of course we always shared our thoughts and feelings but at the end of every conversation Scot would always brag on his boys and shared how very proud he was of them. Not the least he also would tell me what an incredible woman, mom and friend his Marissa was. So many wonderful memories. But what always melted my heart was that soft loving voice at the end of each conversation saying “love you momma Donna”. Rest In Peace Scot! Death is not the final sleep; it is the first real awakening!! —Fly with the Angels and enjoy the journey. ——
