Sandra Fowinkle was born on Feb 4, 1945 in Pulaski County Arkansas.” Sandy”, as we all knew her, passed away on March 12,2026 at the age of 81 in Germantown, TN. Sandy was preceded in death by her father Walter, her mother Edith, brother and sister twins Walter and Wanda and brother and sister twins Allen and Jaqueline. Sandy was married to Dan Fowinkle in June of 1977 until his passing in 1999. Sandy was also preceded by a step daughter, Nell.
Sandy leaves behind stepsons Lee Fowinkle and Jimmy Fowinkle; and two step grandchildren, Tripp and Tyler.
Sandy worked for Fed Ex for 32 years, ending her career as a Manager for Flight Operations.
