Sam Howell's Obituary
Sam Steven Howell was born June 26, 1949. He was proceeded in death by his father Sam J. Howell, Jr.. He is survived by his mother Anne L. Howell, his sister Carol A. Hollomon, his daughter Kelly Howell Berkhan and her husband Thomas, his son Steven Howell, and his grandson Thomas Warren Berkhan. Sam graduated from Hillcrest High School in 1967 and a graduated of Memphis State University in 1975. Sam will forever be remembered by those who loved him most for his kindness and enduring friendship. A Memphis resident who used Memphis Athletics and the golfing community to build friendships and relationships that span over 50 years. Visitation will being at 10 a.m., followed by funeral services at 11:30 a.m., Monday, July 2 at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery.
