Ruth Siler's Obituary
Ruth Carter Siler, 92, passed from death to life on December 18th, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Siler Sr., her father Matt Carter, her mother Nan Carter, eleven brothers and sisters, one son, Ronnie and most of her nephews and nieces. She is survived by her three sons Frank Siler Jr., Danny Siler and wife Renee, Ricky Siler and wife Kelly. Ruth leaves five grandchildren, Samuel Siler, Joseph Siler, Nick Siler, Matt Siler, and granddaughter Sarah Siler.Mom was the sweetest, most loving, caring and giving mother anyone could ask for, always putting you first before herself in any circumstance she may have been experiencing. She was blessed by never looking her age, always beautiful, often mistaken for one 20 years her junior which seemed to delight and amuse her when someone would point this out. She was a member of Bellevue Baptist church and the Order of the Eastern Star. Most importantly she accepted the gift of salvation Jesus so freely gives and was saved at an early age and displayed CHRIST-like qualities all of her life. We are all greatly saddened by the separation, although a temporary one, and look forward to rejoining her in Heaven when the LORD chose to bring us home to be reunited. We could not have had a more precious blessing from the LORD than to have had Mom for our mother.Visitation will be Saturday, December 22 from 6:00- 8:00 pm with the funeral service to be held Sunday, December 23 at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow the service. All services will be held at Memorial Park.
