Ruby Marguerite Flack Rowland's Obituary
Ruby Marguerite Flack Rowland, 71, of Eads, died Tuesday January 2nd. She graduated from Treadwell High School in 1960. She received her LPN degree in 1968 and then worked as a nurse at St. Joseph, Methodist Central and Methodist North. She was a member of Highland Heights Baptist Church for over forty years. She was preceded in death by her parents Montine Flack Geiger and William Elvis Flack; and is survived by her children, Jeffrey Altomare of Arlington and Stephanie Rapp and her husband, Lawrence Rapp of Eads; grandchildren, Amber Altomare, Alana Altomare, Allison Altomare and Layla Rapp; brothers, Bill Flack & Donald Flack; sister, Rosemary Long; seven nephews and five nieces. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 5:00 pm, Sunday, January 6, 2013 and a funeral service will be held at 11:30 am, Monday, January 7, 2013 both at Memorial Park Funeral Home with the interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. The family requests memorials be sent to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
