Ruby Elizabeth "Liz" Corbet's Obituary
Ruby Elizabeth “Liz” Corbet, 89, of Germantown, TN, passed away Friday, January 1, 2021 of natural causes.
An immediate family only graveside service will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery. There will be no visitation, however the family encourages donations to Page Robbins Adult Day Center in her name. Mom truly enjoyed spending her days at Page Robbins making crafts, singing, and eating their wonderful food! Donations can be made through the following link: https://pagerobbins.ejoinme.org/donate
She is survived by her daughter, Jill Worley (Jim) and twin grandsons Brian (Sumi) and Eric. She was preceded in death by her husband, John and son, Roger.
Liz was an avid quilter and seamstress and thoroughly enjoyed making sure that, over the years, every baby in her family received a “handmade quilt.” Like her mother, Ruby, she was always willing to jump in the car and go “visit”, as she never met a person she didn’t know!
