Ruby Carter Collier, 69, passed away unexpectedly on October 22, 2017 at her residence. She is survived by her siblings, Robert Carter Jr. (Lorene), David Carter (Ruth), Doretha McIntyre (Earl), Joyce Carter, and Anita Bobo. She was a member of New Covenant Seventh Day Adventist Church. Viewing will be from 9:00-10:55 a.m., on Sunday, October 29 with the funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m., all at New Covenant Seventh Day Adventist Church, 4335 Horn Lake Road, Memphis, TN 38109. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, TN 38119.
