Ruby Autin's Obituary
Ruby Louis Autin, 98, passed away September 9, 2013. Mr. Autin was a successful Insurance Business Professional in Lafourche Parish, initially representing First National Life Insurance Co. and Commonwealth Insurance Co. He belonged to the Lafourche Council No 1114 Knights of Columbus and also active in the Serra Club of Thibodaux, LA. He is survived by his four daughters, Drusilla Schifani of Memphis, TN, Pamela Fossier of Lafayette, LA, Audrey Henkel of Athens, GA, Loretta Regester of Biloxi, MS; 26, grandchildren; 49 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ora Legendre Autin; daughter, Deanie Coman; son, Dr. David L. Autin and grandchildren, Michelle Fossier and Eraste Autin. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral in Thibodaux, LA with interment to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
