Terri you and your precious family were and are such a true joy to our family and I appreciate all you do to keep Frayser Heights alive in others.
Bro. Williams was the kindest and most genuine of people. He always had time to share with us as kids, always spoke. Most importantly though, he was most excited to open the door to a true relationship with Christ! He lived his ministry, he walked in the footsteps of true service and was a mighty ambassador for Christ! My mom and dad loved him (Sam & Helen Holland) and so did I. I opened my heart and accepted the salvation of Jesus through my confirmation classes with him. We are sad because we miss him but heaven is rejoicing……and we will meet again…..that is the promise! My prayers are with Helen, Carol, Dee and all there family.Bev Holland Shepherd (daughter of Sam & Helen Holland / Frayser Heights UMC
Bro Williams was the first minister when Frayser Heights UMC opened its doors. He laid the foundation for what became a strong church family that continues today. Many of those that were there in the early days are still close, including the children that grew up in the church. Bro Williams and his family will always hold a special place in my heart. My thoughts and prayers continue for Helen, Carol, Dee and the family during this time. Terri Rast Massey (daughter of Ed & Holly Rast)
So sorry to hear about Roy D. He was such an amazing person and Minister. My prayers go out to all the family. Susan Edwards Wesleyan Hills United Methodist Church
