Rosetta Hendrix Thompson's Obituary
ROSETTA HENDRIX THOMPSON, born February 16, 1927, passed away May 24, 2011. She was an active member of Ridgeway Baptist Church for 62 years. Mrs. Thompson was preceded in death by her husband, James Walton Thompson, Sr. She leaves two daughters, Lisa Thompson Stallings (Ron) of Bolivar, TN and Susan Thompson Black (Louis) of Collierville, TN; two sons, James Walton Thompson (Nancy) of Beech Bluff, TN and John Hendrix Thompson (Melanie) of Germantown, TN; 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Alice Greenwell of Southaven, MS and Joyce Franks of Moscow, TN; She is also preceded in death by two brothers, Charles F. Hendrix of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Paul G. Hendrix of Hoxie, AR also two sisters, Margaret Wood of Harrison, AR and Jessie Lee Hartwell of Memphis, TN. The family will receive friends Thursday, May 26 from 5-8 p.m., and services will be 1 p.m., Friday, May 27, at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial in Memorial Park Cemetery
