Ronald Nance's Obituary
Ronald S. Nance (Ronnie), 68, passed away on Saturday morning, August 22, after a brief battle with cancer. He was a graduate of Whitehaven High School and attended Memphis State University. He owned a computer tech company in Los Angeles, CA. In the late 1980’s he returned to Memphis where he was self-employed computer tech and was well-liked by his clients. He was preceded in death by his father, W.D. Nance and his mother, Frances Lynne Nance, both of Memphis. He is survived by his two brothers, David Nance (Roseanne) of Jacksonville, FL and Ken Nance (Dottie) of St. Petersburg Beach, FL and uncle, Tom Moxley (Melba) of Memphis. He also leaves six nieces and nephews; nine grand nieces and nephews; and three great-great nephews. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, September 1 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, September 2 at Memorial Park Cemetery.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Ave. Memphis, TN 38119, “Celebrating Life… Behind the Stone Wall”
