Ronald T. Burnette's Obituary
In Loving Memory Ronald T. Burnette. He gifted his friends and family with 91 years of celebrated life. Ronnie served his community for 35 years as an employee of the City of Memphis Fire Department. He retired as District Chief. He was an avid golfer, fisherman, and enjoyed softball and bowling. He peacefully lost his long battle on August 15, 2022
His life was devoted to his family and friends. He did so with love, compassion, generosity, and his unforgettable sense of humor.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Cindy Parsons of Memphis, Tennessee and Susan O. Byrnes of Rossville, Tennessee. He leaves seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and many friends.
We will keep his memory with us always.
Family will receive friends Wednesday, August 24, 2022 beginning at 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. with service beginning at 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Ave, Memphis, Tennessee 38119. Burial at Memorial Park Cemetery to follow service.
