A wonderful neighbor for many years-will be missed by all!
We want to extend our deepest condolences to Bobby’s family….I was a fraternity brother of his at TN back in the late 60’s, and we see Don and Helen pretty regularly. He will be missed in spirit as we have only seen each other occasionally since school, but keep up with him thru his brother, Don.
 Deepest sympathy,
 Bob and Sherry Boatright
To Karen, Erik, Brianne, sweet Grands, and Brother, So sorry to hear of the passing of your loved one. We were honored to have met Dr. Tate at Erik and Brianne’s wedding. The beautiful posted legacy comments from those who worked with him, along with comments from our sweet Grand and Erik, lead us to believe that his presence will be sorely missed. Although we are not there in person, please accept our prayers, thoughts and love to each one of you. May God’s peace and comfort be very real to each.
I was blessed to have worked with Dr. Tate and Karen for many years. They gave me my first job when I was just 15, letting me come into the office after school each afternoon. I learned many valuable lessons in my time there that continue to help me today. I think of him often, especially when I see someone with colorful reading glasses or if the lights happen to flicker at work (if you worked with him, at least at Olive Branch, you know what I’m talking about). He will surely be missed! My prayers are with you all; Karen, Erik, Brianne, Langston, Mason, and the rest of the family. Love you!Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted. Matthew 5:4
I worked with Dr. Tate for several years! He was a caring physician, I admired his dedication and caring treatment of his patients! He was an asset to Marshall County and will be sorely missed by all who knew him! Karen and family, I’m so sorry for your loss. Prayers for strength and comfort through this time of loss! May The Lord wrap his loving arms around you and give you peace and comfort as only He can!
I was honored to work with Dr Tate for several years. My sincere condolences to Karen and the family.
I shall never forget how in a time of great crisis for many, Dr Tate volunteered his time to work at the Hurricane Katrina Shelter in Southaven, MS. He doctored, talked to, comforted and just listened to countless refugees from LA, MS, and other areas who were fleeing that disaster.
May he rest in peace in the bosom of our Lord.
So sad to hear of Dr. Tate’s passing. My deepest condolences for Karen and the family.
I was honored to have worked with Dr. Tate for several years. In a time of crisis, I’ll never forget how he donated his time to work at the Hurricane Katrina Shelter in Southaven, MS. He literally cared for hundreds of refugees from Louisanna, Mississipi and other areas. He doctored them, talked with them, comforted them and just listened to them many times.
May he rest in peace in the bosom of our Lord.
It was a pleasure working with DR Tate and Karen for over twenty years in which doesn’t feel it was enough time, for not only did I love my job but they became like family.
I remember Forrest Hamilton with Hamilton Pharmacy asking me while I was at his pharmacy one evening how I liked working for DR Tate?
My response was I’ve only been there six months but really like it. He said, “Oh, it’s been six months then you would know by now, said you’re going to be fine!” he spoke highly of DR Tate in which I found for myself to be true.
He was dedicated and so faithful to all patients as well as the staff and such a great access to the town of Olive Branch and surrounding areas.
It’s not easy losing DR Tate.
He will be close in our hearts always!
 Love and prayers,
 Melba
