Robert "Bob" Taillon's Obituary
Robert “Bob” Taillon, age 65, was killed Saturday, March 27, 2010 in a motorcycle accident. Bob was born in Boston, MA. He is survived by his wife, Rene’ Taillon; two daughters, Lynn Taillon of Atlanta, GA, Leslie Fulton of Memphis, TN; a son Christopher Fulton and his wife Ashlie serving at the US Naval Station Pearl Harbor, HI; and one granddaughter Sophie Marie. He is also survived by one sister Carol LaBonte, North Attleboro, MA. He was predeceased by his father Gilbert Taillon; mother Dorothy MacGraham; one brother Gill; and one sister Beverly. Bob was a long time partner at Heartsong Church in Cordova and a US Air Force Veteran. He was employed at Bumpus Harley-Davidson and had retired in 2001 from Northwest Airlines where he was employed as supervisor of the training department. He was an active member of the National Harley Owners Group (HOG), and both the Memphis and Ghost River (Collierville) Harley HOG Chapters. A Life Celebration for Bob will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 3, 2010 at Heartsong Church, 800 North Houston Levee Rd., Cordova.
