Jeri, Ben, Ann, and Robert, I am so so sorry for this painful loss. I remember “Goo” as one of the kindest people I ever met. He was always smiling, always so nice to my family whenever we met or ran into him – my kids especially loved him and always said, “he’s the nicest man.” I hope you all find strength and comfort in family and friends during this difficult time. I remember Captain Owens as a fun and awesome professional airline pilot during my career in the airline industry and in later life when I’d see he and his wife at various functions in the community.
