Robert Faulk's Obituary
Robert Truett Faulk – 66 The Faulk Family is saddened by the loss of the eldest of the Brothers Three. Robert’s physical journey in life ended on October 3rd and he passed with the same spirit, courage, and humor that carried him for 66 years. Robert was a graduate of White Station High School and earned his Undergraduate Degree from Memphis State University. After graduation, he served his country in the U. S. Army Reserves. Robert built a successful career in the school awards and recognition field and was owner of Rings Plus. He was a member of numerous clubs and organizations, the most notable of which were Costco and Sam’s Wholesale. He often held board meetings at the various clubs and was on a first name basis with all the lady servers. He loved his boats and could be spotted on the docks of Pickwick just about every weekend. He and David Stanley looked forward to their annual pilgrimage to Talladega for the Nascar Races which they attended for some 31 years. Robert is preceded in death by his parents T. C. Faulk and Glenn Boling Faulk. He is survived by his loving companion in life and weekend Boating Rope Monkey, Marsha Harriss, as well as his twin brother, Charlie, and Baby Brother, Dick (Brenda). He also leaves 2 nephews and 2 nieces along with their children. The Family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. until service at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, October 6 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at the Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be sent to the charity of choice.
