Robert (Bob) Yenson's Obituary
Robert (Bob) Yenson, 52 years of age, passed on peacefully on March 5, 2022 after a long battle with Leukemia.
He started his life adventure in the year 1969 in Michigan. He then went on his next journey in the United States Navy where he served his country for 22 plus years. He did many things during his time in service and was especially proud of his service to country and being a veteran.
He was a great husband and father that loved and adored seeing his family on adventures with him and on their own, always wanting the best for them. He was a larger than life presence in our daily routines and will always be cherished, loved, talked about, endured and will dwell in our hearts, minds, and souls. Though we must move on without him on our new adventures he will still be with us by looking on from above. We will always miss him and love him.
Bob is survived by his wife of 22 years, Masami; 3 children, Cassie, Shelby, and Zachary. Bob is preceded in death by his parents, John and Sandra Yenson; and his 4 siblings, Donald, Shelly, Jeffrey, and Jennifer.
Military Honors will be rendered on Saturday, April 30, at 10:30 am at The Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 7175, located at 4681 Cuba Millington Rd. Millington, TN 38053 followed by a Celebration of Life at 6:30 pm at the Yenson family residence.
