Richard D. Harrington, 74, passed away on Tuesday, August 27th, 2019. The family will receive friends and relatives on Saturday, September 7th, 2019, at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Avenue, from 12:00 pm until the time of the funeral service at 1:00pm.
