Richard Dundas' Obituary
.Richard “Red” Dundas, 66 of Bartlett, TN went to Heaven February 20, 2014. He was born in Jackson, MS.to the late Jasper and Ruth Dundas. He was preceded in death by his brother Jimmy Dundas. Red graduated from Treadwell High school in 1965. He attended Memphis State University and received an Associates Degree from Shelby State Community College. He served in the Air Force for 4 years and was a Vietnam Veteran. He was employed at K&W Forklift Parts and Supplies for 20 years. Red was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church. He was a very avid University of Memphis fan. Red leaves his wife of 44 years, Doreen Morlan Dundas. Daughters; Danielle Dundas , Kerri Pounders (Brian), and Lauren Dundas. Grandchildren; McKinley, Dawson, and Bailey Pounders, and Aden Smith. He left behind host of nieces and nephews and many dear friends. The family will receive friends Sunday, February 23, 2014 from 1:30-2:30 p.m. The funeral service will follow visitation at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, February 23, 2014. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Madonna Learning Center, Paige Robbins Adult Day Care Center, or Huntington’s Disease society of America.
