Mr. Butterick was born on September 23, 1980 in Memphis, TN, to Richard Myrick Butterick and Jane Chase Butterick .
He is survived by his father, Richard Myrick Butterick, sister, Kathleen Rachelle Butterick Ward, brother, William Michael Butterick.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Jane Chase Butterick.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, September 9 at 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Memorial Park Funeral Home with a graveside service at 3:00 p.m. at Memorial Park.
