Rebekah J. Law's Obituary
REBEKAH BELL “Becky” LAW, 88, died in her sleep last night, December 20, 2013 under the watchful care of Crossroads Hospice and the wonderful staff at the Memphis Jewish Home. She was born and raised in Martin, TN, daughter of the late Iver and Cora Bell, and when she moved to Memphis in her 30s, she brought with her, her family’s love of farming, gardening, and cooking. She was a long-time member of the Germantown Charity Horse Show and the Germantown and Suburban Garden Clubs. Up until her very last years, she could be seen regularly tending to her yard and flower gardens. For 50+ years, she attended Germantown Methodist Church, where she regularly played the piano for her Sunday School class. She will miss her many beautiful friends there. Becky leaves her daughter, Lisa Kyle (Kenny) of Germantown, and her granddaughters, Krista Kyle of Austin, TX and Kimberly Kyle York (Travis) of Wrightsville Beach, NC. Visitation will be at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Monday, December 23rd from 1:30 pm until the service begins at 2:30 pm with interment immediately following.
