Rebecca Jacques' Obituary
Rebecca Jacques of Piperton, Tennessee entered into the arms of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, on February 4, 2025 in Memphis at the age of 72.
She was born on December 16, 1952 in Blytheville, Arkansas to the late William Everett and Betty Jane Smith Peterson.
Rebecca was a retired Shelby County Schools and Collierville Schools Elementary School teacher and a member of Piperton United Methodist Church. Her relationship with Jesus and her family were most important to her. She touched everyone with her kindness, smile, and generous heart.
She is survived by one son, Scott Jacques and his wife Stephanie; a sister, Debbie Peterson; two brothers, Bill and David Peterson; and four grandchildren, Jackson Jacques, Paxton Jacques, Davis Jacques, and William Jacques.
Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Brian and Michael Jacques.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Piperton United Methodist Church, 785 Hwy 57, Piperton, Tennessee.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Piperton United Methodist Church or the Collierville Animal Shelter in Becky's name.
