A few years back (at my dad’s 40th birthday party, I believe), I was able to sneak the video camera outside where dad and Randy were sitting by themselves. I can’t be sure about what started it, but something tickled both of them, and listening to them laugh was the funniest thing. Randy’s laugh was so contagious, as is my dad’s, and the two of them sat there laughing at each other for a long while. Nothing says friendship more than 52 years of being there for one another….To all of his family, I am so very sorry!! RIP, Randy, you will be missed and will forever be loved by many!! I love you!!
I just started to get to know Randy the last 2 years. He would always go with me and Jackie Mann when we went to hear bands. He was one of the sweetest guys I have ever met. He was so proud of his daughters and grandchildren and loved them dearly.We are going to miss him and his sweet sweet smile.Listening to bands won’t be the same…Thanks Randy
