John Dwyer (Mpd-Ret.)
On the old West “C” shift, Randy was one of those dependable guys you could count on when things got sketchy. Whether on a routine traffic stop, or a hot call, you could count on him to be there without asking. I lost touch with him over the years to my regret. Always ready with a greeting or asking about your family.
Assigned usually to the equipment room, we always knew Randy was going to issue the best and newest equipment for us to be safe. He was a good policeman and even more…a decent human being.
My sincerest and deepest sympathy to his family.
