Ramelle Flournoy's Obituary
Ramelle Mary Cortese Flournoy, 59, passed away August 23, 2011 at St. Francis Hospital – Memphis after a long battle with cancer. She is survived by her sons Matt Flournoy and his wife, Kim and Paul Flournoy and his fiancee, Caroline; grandson, Noah Thomas Flournoy; parents, Tom and Ramelle Cortese; and brother, Teddy Chandler. She was a loving mother and proud grandmother. She had a wonderful sense of humor and was devoted to her friends. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Wednesday, August 24 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be held 1:30 p.m., Thursday, August 25 at St. Louis Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery. The family requests memorials be sent to the American Cancer Society.
