Ralph would love to tell me crappie fishing stories and invited me to go a few times. I wish I had dropped what I was doing to spend that precious time with him on the lake. In business, he had a way of explaining things to me that I understood. I insured his business for many years and it seemd that we talked insurance for 15 minutes, then for the next hour we’d talk about the more important stuff …like fishing.
