Polly Dean Flowers' Obituary
Polly Dean Pillow Flowers was born along with her identical twin sister, Peggy Jean on November 8, 1934, at Milan, Tennessee to the union of her parents, Charlie and Abi Pillow. She passed from this life on September 4, 2023, at Holly Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Holly Springs, MS after a lengthy illness.
Polly and her sister Peggy were the youngest of 7 children. They grew up in Milan, TN and married identical twin brothers. Polly loved walking in her neighborhood, visiting her neighbors, reading her Bible and watching the Memphis Grizzlies. Her greatest joy was her only child, Charles. She loved her nieces and nephews and loved to be with family. She was very close to her sister, Peggy and they lived together for many years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Paul Flowers, her brothers; Haywood, Earl, Tom and Ralph, and her sister, Bennie.
Left to cherish her memory is her sister, Peggy Cole, her son, Charles Goldsmith (Alisa), grandchildren, Kristin Wallace and Nathan Goldsmith, 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home in Memphis, TN. on Friday, September 8, 2023, from 12:00p.m. to 1:00 p.m. with a graveside service at 1:00 p.m.
