Phyllis Sheehy's Obituary
Phyllis Callicott Sheehy, 79, of Cordova, Tennessee, went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 4, 2020. She was preceded in death by her mother, Helen Thompson, and a grandson, JonPaul Jones.
Mrs. Sheehy is survived by her husband of 35 years, James F. Sheehy, four children, Debbie Chambers (Jay), Cathy Smith (Russ), Kevin Jones, Kimberly Naylor, nine grandchildren, Kevin Patrick, Mary Madison, Lindsey, Ryan, Carly, Devyn, Jayme, Bethany and Graham, 11 great-grandchildren.
She will be remembered most for her fierce love for her family and friends and deep faith in the Lord. Her hobbies were children and going on cruises. She retired from Fedex after 20 years as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, December 9 from 12:00 pm until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 pm at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Avenue in Memphis. The burial will immediately follow.
