The other day I laughed and shared stories with my kids of growing up next door to Chad and his family. I remember one steamy summer day holding an impromptu yard sale with my sisters where young Chad was our only customer. My sisters and I used the profits to have some pizza delivered that we shared with Chad. I also remember having fun babysitting him once. He was a fun loving kid and I was so sorry to hear of his passing. Praying for peace and comfort for the family.
I met chad around 2013 ish, his Brother Matt worked for the same company I did at the time and we hired Chad on. Chad was always the light in the room. His smile, and charisma made everyone’s day. He was an exceptionally hard worker and always did a good job because he took pride in it. I will miss you Chad and am grateful for the memories we did make. - James Wright
I was just telling my kids yesterday of the " water wars" we had when we were younger..water hoses stretched from our house to y'all's, water balloons, super soakers.. anything that helped make the Memphis summer heat bearable. We had many adventures between the properties at home. You even taught me how to shoot left handed..and how I shot better as a lefty..in DuckHunt that is... Many good times to be remembered. Thank you for the smiles and laughter..Till we meet again. My heartfelt prayers to your family.
I met Chad in 2012. He was a happy guy who knew what he wanted. And that was his first love Caroline. Oh how he loved that woman. Shortly after graduation I bought a car from him. He had it all. To his family, wife and daughter I offer my deepest sympathies.
I've been in a daze all day when I found out you passed away. I wasn't able to do much. I looked at a few photos of you, Sam, and Frank from last summer. Sam was giving the camera the middle finger, and you definitely made fun of him for that.
I won't say exactly how we know each other, but I'm positive God put us in the same place for a purpose. I laughed so hard when you showed us the video of you and your daughter singing Britney Spears. I absolutely remember thinking, I hope I have a husband who talks about me the way you talked about your wife. I remember how boisterous, passionate, concise, direct, and purposeful you were. You were dedicated to your family, recovery, friends, and career...to a fault.
The last text you sent me were about 12 photos of your little girl, and then a tic tic video of a father and daughter. I sent a text back, "miss you, buddy." I wonder if you read that. I wonder if I could have done something. I hope you're in a better place, Chad.
