Phillip J. Hogue, age 73, of Germantown, TN, passed away on December 3, 2020. Mr. Hogue was an Master Electrician and retired after 42 years of loyal service with the City of Memphis Schools. Phillip is survived by his wife, Rose Read Obituary

I had the pleasure of working for Phil for a short while before he retired. He was always kind and friendly. He would always stop and say a word even when you could tell he was busy and always treated you as an equal in my experience. I was very honored I was able to work with him before he retired and am so very sorry for his family's loss. He was a good man. Prayers for you all.

I worked with Phil for many years. He was a good friend, and always so very kind to me. I was very sad to learn of his passing. I will always remember him as a very endearing, gentle soul.
