I was shocked and saddened to learn of Phil’s passing. He and I worked together for many years on the BPRF project, traveling throughout Europe on several occasions. Always upbeat and loved to laugh, Phil was fun to be around. I know he is deeply missed, but through the saving work of Jesus our separation is only temporary. God’s peace to you all.

Sandra, Joan and I was very saddened about the passing of Phil. I really enjoyed working with him for so many years and have a lot of fond memories of him during our work on the BRRF project and all our travels together. If you ever needed a good laugh, all you had to do is go to Phil’s office and he would always have a good joke or story to tell.
