Phil Prieb's Obituary
Phillip DeLane Prieb, 58, died April 10 at his home in Cordova, TN after a brave fight with cancer. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 13 and funeral services will be at 12 noon Wednesday, April 14 at Memorial Park Funeral Home Burial will follow in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. Phillip served as a military policeman during the Vietnam War and took part in president Lyndon B. Johnson’s funeral procession. He enjoyed restoring antique cars and gardening outdoors. Phillip is survived by his wife, Debbie; daughters, Tiffany Carr; son-in-law, Todd Carr and Angela Hamilton; son-in-law, Trey Hamilton; parents, Mary E. Russell of Moscow Mills, MO and Dieter W. Kaisenberg of Grants Pass, OR; sisters, Victoria Duke of Moscow Mills, MO and Teresa Ann Garroutte of Memphis; sister-in-law, Shay Selph; brother-in-law, Mike Selph of Bartlett; grandchildren Lauren Carr and Colton Carr; and nephew, Shane Gillam. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
