Peter Visconti's Obituary
Peter A. Visconti, 90, passed away peacefully on February 27, 2017. He was a decorated veteran serving as a military policeman in Reykjavik Iceland during WWII. He worked at Greyhound Bus Lines for 30 plus years. He retired at age 62. He spent his retirement enjoying his family, friends, reading and gardening. He had something always growing from the earth. He was a dedicated, loving husband, father and friend to all he met. He is survived by his wife Susie “Cathren” Visconti of 67 years. He leaves his children ; Helen and Stephen Davis, Lovette Visconti (deceased), Michael and Susan Visconti, David Visconti, Debbie Visconti, grandchildren; Vicky Harris and Ronnie Campbell, Aaron and Bonnie, Rachael, Christopher and Angela, Lauren, William, Jon and Brandon, and his great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 2 from 5:00-7:00PM with the funeral to be held Friday, March 3 at 11:30 at Memorial Park on Poplar Ave. Interment will follow the funeral service at Memorial Park Southwoods on Hacks Cross
