Peggy Duncan Prate, 90, passed away February 19, 2017. She leaves 2 sons, James Prate, Jr. (Gail), John Prate both of Germantown; numerous nephews, nieces, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Prate, Sr.; her son, Michael Prate; parents and 5 siblings. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 am, Wednesday, February 22, at Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Ave., Memphis TN 38119 (901) 767-8930. “Celebrating Life….Behind the Stone Wall.”
