Brit, I am so sorry! Last news I had, she was in rehab at Kings Daughters for rehab after a fall. Seems her arrangements are still pending? I heard August 31 from Beth Horton. I’ve known Peggy and James Harvey since High School. What a loving and kind couple. They had such a beautiful love story which was only deepened as they grew older and suffered life’s challenges together. After James died, Peggy struggled every day to make her life whole again by helping others go through hard times. She will be deeply missed by her many friends.
